Luxury Wardrobes
26x revenue growth by shifting from cheap leads to 47 percent same month conversion
We partnered with a bespoke wardrobe manufacturer that was drowning in low quality, price sensitive leads. After rebuilding the Meta funnel around a luxury positioning and clearer customer avatar, revenue jumped from €1,932.85 to €50,971.98 in a year and lead to sale conversion climbed from around 2 percent to 47 percent.
Brand and challenge
The client designs and produces mid to high end custom wardrobes. Between 2022 and 2024 they invested heavily in advertising yet saw almost no real return.
Over two years, campaigns generated 560 leads at about €8.01 per lead, but only around 2 percent were actually convertible. Most inquiries came from people hunting for low budget solutions far below the brand’s price point, which meant sales stayed flat while the team spent time on unqualified prospects.
Strategy
The objective for 2025 was not just “more leads”, but better leads that matched the true luxury positioning of the brand. Core metrics were total sales value, number of sales, total qualified leads, and conversion rate from lead to sale.
Instead of simply tweaking ads, the team reworked the whole process from ideal customer definition to final deal. A comprehensive Meta funnel was built to communicate craftsmanship, individuality, and the real investment level, so only serious buyers entered the pipeline.
Execution
Work began with a deep dive into the ideal client avatar, price expectations, and decision journey for bespoke wardrobes. Messaging, creatives, and offers were redesigned to highlight premium materials, custom design, and long term value, which naturally filtered out bargain hunters.
The new Meta funnel guided prospects from awareness to consideration and then to consultation request, with each step reinforcing luxury signals. Lead forms and follow up processes were aligned with the new positioning, ensuring that only people who understood the price range and quality moved forward.
Results
Within one year, total sales value grew from €1,932.85 over the previous two years to €50,971.98, an increase of more than 26 times. The number of sales more than doubled from 22 to 43 units, supported by a bigger but far better qualified pipeline.
Lead volume increased from 560 to 1,296 leads, but the real transformation was in quality. Lead to sale conversion jumped from about 2 percent to 47 percent of leads closing in the same month. Even with a higher cost per lead of around €10.50, each converted client now brings between roughly €1,022.58 and €2,300.86 in revenue, making the new funnel dramatically more profitable than the previous “cheap leads” approach.
